Another successful interview for yours truly! Not only did I get the job, full time with benefits and the pay I asked for, I start tomorrow and they are accommodating my schedule to fit with the studio work I do. Within 36 hours I was called, interviewed, hired, paperwork filled out and starting my first day -unstoppable doesn’t compare to my confidence level.
While this amazing opportunity has me dancing like a giddy school girl and clapping my hands I need to concentrate on my other life goals, dance and writing, both of which have been pushed wayside today. Now being a 8-5 office worker I need to figure out a schedule to work into the studio for privates or extra classes; and when to squeeze the extra side work for Josh. I can, however, fill in my calendar with my work schedules so that I can find time to write, dance, workout, cook, read, and you know all life goals we make the night before January 1st – staying busy is just what I need! My boyfriend will disagree -to have all my attention is all he needs- but we will always find time for us!
Before bed, in all the excitement, I have prepped for tomorrow, shopped DressLily for some new work clothes, DSW for some new work shoes and still have no feelings of exhaustion to fall asleep. Wishing and dreaming in online shopping carts because closing my eyes won’t produce much. They did say business casual but I want to dress up a little for fun if I am to sit all day. They will be relocating after the new building has been refurnished and I am thinking of suggesting those Varidesks that rise up so you can stand and work, I like standing and might even get one now for myself; there I go planning beyond my abilities right now -financial problems, am I right?!
