I have officially used thirteen pages of my bullet journal and have added three photos – talk about being proud. I am utilizing this to help stay organized as well as creative. I am loving my life for the little things I chase and the rewards I feel upon accomplishing all I set out do!
While I am behind on my water in take for today, I have been able to stay busy with journaling, paying rent, organizing September and it’s bills and blogging all before I set out on a today’s walk.
Under my wellness goal for today I have another survivor workout written and stretching, and depending on how the day goes we will see if I am able to make the survivor – may end up replacing it with another workout style.
Well it’s 10 pm and I have check off almost everything and that includes 1 set of survivor! I walked four miles today, two two miles trips and my knees are aching. I need to stretch some more, maybe a small yoga session to help relax my body and release the tension from my muscles.
